Great Chain And Superb Customer Service!
I bought this chain along with a couple others, and unfortunately it wasn't available in the length I wanted at that time. So I contacted Martin who was kind enough to answer my questions as well as offer to shorten the chain to my desired lengths. After sending back the chain for shortening, I was told it would take about a week or so and indeed, after a week I received a dispatch notification. The chain is fantastic. It has a decent weight to it given the thickness and length, and it has square end caps which is a huge plus. Hallmarked and as described and all that jazz. The shortening job was done expertly, the jump ring was soldered and the chain is secure and is the exact length I wanted. What's even better is that Martin offered to shorten not only this chain but another that I ordered free of charge. I'm really impressed with the chain itself but I'm even more impressed by the customer service I received. I'll definitely be placing more orders with Silvertime!

Been looking for a chain for my boyfriend for ages and this one is perfect! The size is exactly what I was looking for as well as the medium weight meaning it isn't flat so it doesn't stick to you too much. The packaging is very posh and it even came with a polishing cloth. Delivery was super fast, very impressed! The price is definitely worth it.
