I came across this site by chance when I was looking for a chain for my son birthday. The process was so quick and easy from start to finished. I order Friday it arrived the very next day. The chain was so much more than i expected for the price I paid but unfortunately I ordered the wrong length. I had to send it back. This was such an easy process, phoned up let the company know I would be returning the item to replace for a longer size, to my surprised I was told they would cover the cost of the postage and take the chain I wanted off their listing . 72hrs later I have the alternative chain OUTSTANDING value outstanding service.
