You have up to 30 days to return your order to us from the date you received your order.
All jewellery must be UNWORN and returned in its original packaging (eg. clear seal bag, pouch and box, with any outer box or sleeve).
You can return your order by any Royal Mail or other courier.
When returning your order you may want to ensure it is insured against loss or damage by the carrier. Royal Mail Special Delivery covers jewellery lost by Royal Mail. Other Royal Mail and courier services generally exclude jewellery from compensation if damaged or lost.
You are required to pay the cost of returning your order.
Silvertime will refund your original purchase price and standard postage costs where a postage cost was charged. If you have chosen Special Delivery we will only refund the standard postage cost as charged on the website at the time of your order.
Processing your refund
Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them. Once the refund is processed it can take 1 - 3 working days for the refund to show on your debit/credit card balance. Refunds can only be made to the debit/credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
A returns note, included in each order on reverse of delivery note/invoice, must be completed and returned with your order.
Exchange/alternative product:
You can request an alternative product on the returns note. We will refund or charge your card used for the original purchase with any price difference.
