Fantastic Customer Service
I bought this as a present for my wife. The chain unfortunately had a small kink in it which refused to drop out. I returned the product according to the instructions. Silvertime were excellent with their customer service and replaced the item virtually straight away, even refunded my postage costs ......... excellent.
