The Christmas rush is now in full swing, so much earlier than last year. Customers must be planning ahead and starting early this year, which we have to say is quite prudent. You wouldn't want to leave it to the last minute to find that the item you want has sold out. We are so very busy now, so don't be alarmed if you don't see many news posts but rest assured we are still posting daily on all our social media channels. We do plan on posting news items related to Christmas offers and other information but for the next week we are making some Christmas changes to the site as well as doing the usual daily tasks.
At this time of year the majority of orders will be sent the same day but be aware of the cut off time. We might soon change shipping dates to 24 hours from order date and not next day so we can handle the capacity. We have extra office space and staff in place ready to handle much higher volumes, so for us Christmas has already started!
