Extended Christmas Returns Policy

- During the Christmas season we have extended our returns policy – any product purchased before 5th December carries an extended returns period up to 5th January 2008. The product and all packaging (eg. Jewellery box, outer box and protective packing) should be securely returned by Royal Mail. We recommend returns are sent using the Special Delivery service via Royal Mail. This means they are covered against loss or damage whilst in transit. Jewellery is NOT covered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. All returns must be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
- Payment has been cleared and previously authorised.
- Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
- Earrings are excluded from the above due to hygiene reasons.
- A deduction from the purchase price may be made at the discretion of Silvertime where products are returned damaged or where packaging, which includes boxes, tissue paper, outer boxes/sleeves have not been included in the return.
- Where more than one product was ordered and not all products from the order are being returned, should the value of the unreturned portion of the order fall below a threshold where a discount was given, the discount will be used as partial payment of the refund. Example: 20% discount voucher for orders over £60.00 was redeemed when order was placed. £30.00 worth of products are returned. The remaining portion of the unreturned order is £30.00. Therefore the discount is no longer legitimate. The 20% (£12.00) would be deducted and a refund of £18.00 issued.
- Postage costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s)
