How can I pay for my jewellery?
You can pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Order
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes you can, we accept Maestro, Delta, Visa and Access Credit and Debit Cards. Our payment processing has been approved by HSBC Bank.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details. All transactions are processed using SecPay, the UK's leading CC payment gateway and passed directly to HSBC Bank.
Your credit/debit card will only be debited once your order has been processed and is ready to be dispatched.
If your order consists of more than one product with different delivery times your credit/debit card will be debited for the full order amount when the first product(s) is dispatched.
The sales transaction will show on your debit/credit card statement as 'Silvertime, Daventry'
If I pay by cheque will I have to wait for the cheque to clear before you send my jewellery?
Yes, unfortunately we can not send goods before the cheque has cleared, therefore please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.
If I pay by Postal Order will my jewellery be sent the same day?
Yes, as soon as we receive your Postal Order your order will be processed and dispatched.
Can I pay by Cash?
No, we do not accept cash payments as problems can arise if either party disputes the amount sent.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase you will be given a choice of payment options and full instructions for each option on our checkout system.
